Where do my guests park?

There are numerous underground and above ground parking lots surrounding the Windsor Ballrooms. Valet service is also an option.

Are the halls decorated for the holiday season?

The Peacock Alley is decorated for the holiday season.

Are there any restrictions on vendors I can use?

We pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodating; you may use the vendors of your choice. However, certain decor items must be sourced through the Windsor Ballrooms.

How early should I start planning my event?

Planning an event can take from weeks to months, depending on the size and the details that the event involves. Once you have details of your event and if you have a date in mind, it is always advisable to contact us and make that initial step.

Is the building wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

When can we begin setup?

You have access to the site as of 2:00PM on the rental date.
