  • We were absolutely blown away by what a great experience it was to work with Le Windsor and Amy. Amy unfailingly went above and beyond to help us plan our wedding and coordinate our day. She was so professional, kind, relaxed and very efficient! She always went out of her way to help us, whether by making recommendations, giving us her personal cell number and encouraging us to use this, or finding me a dry cleaner last minute who could steam my veil (when I could not find one myself after several attempts!). By the end of our wedding, and after all her help leading up to this event, Amy felt more like a personal friend taking on Maid of Honour duties rather than a venue coordinator simply doing their job. We would like to thank everyone at Le Windsor, and especially Amy, for helping us make our wedding everything we hoped it would be.

  • It’s 3:45am in Thailand right now and I can’t stop thinking about how amazing you are and about everything you did for Joe and I. You are our wedding angel and fairy god mother. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our day flawless and unforgettable. I know I’m biased but it was by far the best wedding I’ve ever been to. The venue, the decor, the food, the staff, you have an amazing team. Everyone told me how fabulous your staff is especially when my moms uncle collapsed. His sister said you and everyone were extremely helpful. You are by far the greatest asset to the Windsor, thank you for all your attention, patience and love.   • We would like to thank you and your team at Le Windsor for helping make our recent events, the Canadian Association of Radiologists (CAR) VIV Cocktail Reception and the CAR Annual Dinner & Awards Gala, a true success. Amongst the many positive aspects of our experience, we must highlight the exception service we received from all of the staff members, who were all extremely friendly and demonstrated tremendous professionalism. Overall, Le Windsor surpassed our expectations and we were extremely satisfied with the quality of the catering, quality of service, the amazing décor, the professional service, and the location of the venue.

  • Now that I have recovered from the epic-ness of our big day, I feel the need to recognize both you and the ballrooms as you made our wedding exactly what I have always dreamed it would be. The guests were so well tended to and all the small details were handled to a "t". You made my life so easy even if I didn't have all the answers. Everyone has been gushing about all the elements you so diligently orchestrated! All the small crisis were handled and imperceptible, even to me. You stepped in right before the wedding and the transition was seamless. We had a wedding we can be proud of, and beautiful memories to last a lifetime. My husband and I want to sincerely thank you for everything!

  • We were here for the 2022 St. Andrew's Society St. Andrew's Day Ball, and had a great time. The ballrooms are well decorated, and in the main room, there was enough room to move around despite there being so many tables. The room we used for the presentation of the Debutantes, Scottish Country dancing, and couples/group photos was definitely a versatile space, and had a good mix of seating and standing areas. Coat check and washrooms were on the lower level, and there was at least one venue staff member at the front desk throughout the whole event.

People always say to expect one thing to go wrong and in this case there was not one thing that wasn’t short of perfection!   • If you are looking for a unique and fabulous experience for an event in Montreal, the Windsor Ballrooms is a perfect venue! We host our annual gala and all of our guests have had a magical experience: the beauty of the venue, the quality of the services and the food. We love the all-inclusive concept: the venue has everything on site and made it very easy for us. A big thank you to Leilani, the event coordinator, who made us feel like stars and enjoy our evening. It's situated right in the heart of downtown Montreal, has an absolutely stunning decor, with very professional & service-oriented staff, while offering pricing which is in-line with other halls of this caliber. If inquiring about rental of this space, I highly recommend you speak with Miss Isabelle, as you are sure to get the "VIP" treatment. She's dedicated, and goes the "extra mile", all with a friendly smile.

  • We have been to many affairs at Le Windsor. It is a beautiful venue that is professionnaly run and maintained and that is why you were chosen as the location for the wedding of my son Andrew and Rachel. The evening ran like clockwork led by your coordinator. The food was on time and outstanding. The ease at which all was coordinated prior to and executed the night of relieved all stress from us parents. Your personnal touches, recommandations and guidance throughout the process were much appreciated. I must add that the evening of the food tasting was also made very special and was a memorable evening itself.

Your ability to guide a fabulous team to create a spectacular event is perfect. Your dedication and ease of how you handle everything does not go unnoticed. You made us feel like guests at our own party, never once did we worry if we knew you were taking care of it . Presentation was outstanding. Food was delicious and abundant. Beautifully displayed, - my filet was cooked perfectly and hot. Service was efficient and timely. Bravo to you and your team! Planning a special occasion at the Windsor Ballrooms is something I would do over and over again.

  • My son just got married at Le Windsor, it's an amazing beautiful place, everything was perfect and the food was delicious. l'll recommend Le Windsor to everybody for a wedding or any other type of party, and the staff was unbelievable super great. All our guests could not stop talking about Le Windsor and the wedding party, how beautiful it was and how much fun they were having. The band was also the best I ever seen,everybody was dancing with every song they sang. God bless Le Windsor.
